Superior Hardwood Service is a locally owned company which specializes in the refinishing and installation of all types of hardwood flooring. Whether it's a 100+ year old hardwood floor restoration or custom designed, site finished hardwood, we are Manitoba's premier wood flooring specialists for any project. Our company was founded in the summer of 2007 by Matt Pastetnik after 5 years of trade experience. Matt realized the shortcomings of the trade, and saw that the integrity and quality craftsmanship in the industry was lacking. Matt felt compelled to start a company to execute his vision to provide clients with upfront, honest and professional advice along with the highest quality of workmanship.
10+ years later we continue to grow our brand and serve our clients in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. We are proud to be Winnipeg's only BONA certified craftsmen and we are a licensed and certified member of the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA). In addition to our involvement in the continuing education of our trade, we are proud to use industry leading equipment and products to deliver our clients the best possible outcome for their projects. We are truly passionate about our craft!

ECO RESPONSIBILITY
WE HOLD OURSELVES TO A HIGHER STANDARD
We are proud to offer our responsible disposal service. All removals are loaded directly into an onsite dump trailer leaving your property clean of all debris. All hardwood flooring and wood scraps are then taken to a local recycling facility where they are broken down and reused in other industries such as bio-mass fuel, wood chips and animal bedding. This along with our recycling practices means minimal materials are being taken to our landfills. We try to reduce waste as much as possible which is why we LOVE refinishing older floors.

Knowledge and expertise is only developed through experience and teaching. Our Team leaders have years of experience in the trade. They have all completed various courses from the NWFA, Bona, American Sanders, Lagler and Loba/Wakol. We are also proud members of the Canadian Federation of Small Business.
