NOTE: This type of finish REQUIRES RE-OILING every 3-5 years depending on wear and tear. Repairs can be completed very easily and the re-oiling process can typically be completed in a single day. Our maintenance service includes a deep cleaning and re-oiling.  After re-oiling, your floors will look brand new again! A properly maintained oil floor may rarely, if ever, require another refinishing.

CLEAN & RECOAT PACKAGE

This is the most cost effective solution to revive, and protect your wood floors. Our recoat service includes a full deep cleaning with our Bona Power Scrubber, a light abrading of the existing finish and a fresh coat of Berger-Seidle 2K finish. Available in Satin or Matte. *This service DOES NOT allow for a colour change or removes existing damage other then surface scratches, scuffs and sheen inconsistencies. For prefinished floors, we use a bonding agent which optimizes adhesion and conditions the existing factory finish to properly accept the new finish.
